Nicole graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Upper Honours) in 2021, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022.
Nicole’s practice focuses on general Corporate & Commercial Law. She advises on a wide spectrum of corporate matters, including commercial contracts, employment agreements, regulatory advisory work, sports and gaming law, as well as private client work including for High Net Worth Individuals.
Nicole also regularly handles a range of Dispute Resolution & Civil Litigation matters, which allows her to approach corporate and commercial issues with a different perspective. These include employment, and commercial and company disputes.
Nicole is also a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property department, and is involved in various contentious and non-contentious matters relating to trademarks and domain names. She also handles Family matters, including divorce and maintenance proceedings, as well as contentious and non-contentious will and probate matters.
