Jia-An is a member of the firm’s intellectual property department. The IP Department advises clients on all aspect of IP, including trade marks, registered designs, trade secrets and patent applications. The IP Department manages trade mark portfolios for a number of major clients and brands with the help of a trusted network of associates spanning the globe. The department also advises clients and brands on franchises and licence agreements.
Jia-An is also involved in IP contentious work, including domain name disputes and trade mark enforcement and dispute work for major brands.
Prior to joining QWP, Jia-An was involved in contentious and non-contentious matters at international law firms. With her experience in tax and trust, she is able to provide clients with sound, comprehensive and practical solutions for clients
