Hoon Yi Shyuan

Yi Shyuan graduated from the Singapore Management University and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.

Yi Shyuan began her legal career in civil and commercial litigation before moving into corporate practice. Her main areas of practice are Corporate & Commercial Law and Mergers & Acquisitions.
